Multiplexer Model MK-5

It
is intended for “distribution” of E1/T1 on 5 directions at 6
channels E&M with 1 CAS “rural” with HDSL-line code signal (or
TC-PAM16). It is used for networking of ISC digital station
(DS) ( (Si 2000 and others) and analog digital intermediate
and remote stations (analog ATE), and also it can be used for
connection of several automatic telephone exchanges (ATE) one
unit of a network it is direct to multiplexers of fibre-optical
networks (PDH or SDH).
MK-5 can be
rigged up as at the most central office (CO), and taken out
on intermediate stations with the help of transmission systems
or it is rigged up as a regenerator.
On the remote
stations in quality of remote half kit of multiplexer, remote
half kit of 6 channels E&M IKM-6SL(PCM) are applied. The
length of regeneration section (one pair of cable with S=1,2
mm2) no less than 20 km. There are only four regenerators and
no more which are provided with energy from ATE side (two from
each side).
